Prod is where you want to be!
After you successfully logon to Citrix, please make sure that you are in the Prod world. It looks like this.
If you do not see this, please use the Top button, next to the home icon, right under the orange Applications bar to navigate to where you can select your folder for Raiser’s Edge Prod applications and, ultimately, Raisers-Edge-Prod.
