As we close the first week of the Raiser’s Edge (RE) Go Live, we have a few announcements/tips:
1) If you are registered to attend the System Inquiry/Overview class for the first time, please verify at least a week prior to class day that you have access to RE and Citrix by submitting an e-mail to AdvancementHelpDesk@miami.edu. Please type “verify access to RE and Citrix” in the subject line. You will receive an e-mail from someone in our office confirming your access.
2) If you are registered to attend any of our RE classes and are unable to attend, please cancel your registration in ULearn. This will allow other members of the division on the waiting list the opportunity to register.
3) RE Q&A: How do I change the Fund ID to Fund Description on the Gift Tab? Please find attached specific instructions. These instructions will also be added to the RE Blog.
4) Due to the nature of the financial component of our new system, it is imperative that Development Services receive notification of new pledges prior to or with receipt of the first payment. We will no longer have the ability to apply prior payments to pledges. Please include pledge information along with deposit, also continue to forward notification of new pledges to Karen Hamilton at khamilto@miami.edu.
