Class Information

1.All classes will begin promptly at their start time of either 9:00 am or 1:30 pm. RE is an amazing software with so much to offer and we need to utilize every minute of the three hour scheduled training time.

2. Another set of classes have been opened at the Calder Library, Medical campus for Thursday, September 3 and Friday, September 4. They are now available in ULearn for registration.

3.Parking:
Gables Employees: Parking is available in the Alumni Office and Casa Bacardi parking lots with a "Gables Campus Employee" tag. However, please keep in mind that due to construction of the Alumni Center, parking is limited in that area. Another option is the shuttle as it stops next to Casa Bacardi, just a short distance from Founders Hall.
Medical Employees: Metrorail to University Station, get off and take the shuttle going towards the fountain. Get off at the Casa Bacardi stop and walk towards Founders Hall. I will have signs posted for your convenience. If you prefer to drive, please contact Ana Fernandez 305-284-4229.

Raiser's Edge

The countdown has begun...only 5 working days left for RE Training. To properly prepare, there are a few things to do and to keep in mind.

1) We will use Citrix to access Raiser's Edge. Citrix works at the office, from home and even while on a trip. Please go through the steps on the attached documents to ensure your access to Citrix is established prior to "training day". Links can be found at the left. 2) Just a friendly reminder, that the Systems Inquiry/Overview & Constituent Record Management class must be completed prior to attending any of the other classes. This class serves as a building block for all others.
